Since we source pure beeswax ourselves from local, small, and ethical bee farms, our turnaround times can sometimes take longer than usual, especially on custom orders. We hand-pour every single candle so this could make the process a little longer. We will always keep you updated and we frequently update our website on turnaround times since this a handmade, locally sourced product.
Please consider 5-7 days for a turnaround on your candles.

To get the most out of your candle, follow our simple care tips. From trimming the wick to burning safely, we've got you covered.
- Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hours is always recommended.
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 tall before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.
- Allow candle to melt to the edge of the vessel. This prevents future tunneling.
- Keep out of reach of pets, children, and flammable objects.
